Four BCAMP member magazines among National Magazine Award winners

Geist, The Malahat Review, Vancouver magazine and Vancouver Review were among the winners of the 33rd National Magazine Awards, presented on June 4 at the Carlu in Toronto. The four BCAMP member magazines brought home three gold and one silver, as follows (click links to view PDFs of nominated work):

Magazine of the Year went to Up Here magazine, based in Yellowknife, NT. (Publisher Marion LaVigne presented a well-received session on contract publishing at this year's Camp BCAMP.)
