BCAMP member magazines garner 24 National Magazine Award nominations

[This post has been updated] Eight BCAMP member magazines—BCBusiness, EVENT, Geist, The Malahat Review, The Tyee, Vancouver Magazine, Vancouver Review and Western Living—have received 24 nominations for the prestigious National Magazine Awards. The National Magazine Awards Foundation (NMAF) announced the 33rd annual National Magazine Awards nominations at a reception in Montreal on May 4, 2010.
From nearly 2000 individual entries nationwide, the NMAF’s 234 volunteer judges nominated a total of 390 submissions from 84 different Canadian magazines for awards in 47 written, visual, integrated and online categories. 
The BCAMP member nominations are as follows:
